Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rockfall prevention fence capable of speedily and easily performing the installation operation of the rockfall prevention fence at a desired place and the removal work of the same from the place.SOLUTION: A rockfall prevention fence includes: a base 7 installed on a ground surface 2 continuous to the foot of a slope 1 such as a mountain or a slope face; and a fence body 8 installed above the ground surface 2 to be supported by the base 7. The base 7 is formed to be installed by placing on the ground surface 2. A weight 9 is placed on the base 7. The weight 9 includes: a plurality of longitudinal net materials 27 installed to form a frame shape in a plan view and connected with each other; and a sediment type heavy object 30 filled in a space 29 surrounded by the longitudinal net materials 27. 【課題】所望場所への落石防止柵の設置作業と、上記場所からの落石防止柵の撤去作業とがそれぞれ迅速かつ容易にできるようにする。【解決手段】落石防止柵は、山や法面など斜面１の裾に連なる地面２に設置される基台７と、地面２の上方に配置されて基台７に支持される柵本体８とを備える。基台７を地面２上への載置により設置されるよう形成する。基台７上に載置される重し９を設ける。重し９は、平面視で枠形状をなすよう設置されると共に互いに連結される複数枚の縦向き網材２７と、縦向き網材２７で囲まれた空間２９に充填される土砂系重量物３０とを有する。【選択図】図１
