| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chloroprene rubber the vulcanization speed of which is adjusted to be reduced without using an additive such as a sulfenamide compound having a vulcanization delaying effect, and to provide a production method of the chloroprene rubber, a chloroprene rubber composition, and a preparation method of the chloroprene rubber composition.SOLUTION: The chloroprene rubber composition contains a chloroprene homopolymer or a copolymer of chloroprene and another monomer, 0.0005-4 mass% of elaidic acid and 0.0005-4 mass% of oleic acid. The chloroprene rubber composition is obtained by kneading the chloroprene rubber comprising the chloroprene homopolymer or the copolymer of chloroprene and the other monomer with disproportionated tall oil soap containing the elaidic acid and the oleic acid.
【課題】スルフェンアミド系化合物などの加硫遅延効果を有する添加剤を用いなくても、加硫速度が遅くなるように調整したクロロプレンゴム及びその製造方法、クロロプレンゴム組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】クロロプレン単独重合体又はクロロプレンと他の単量体との共重合体と、エライジン酸０．０００５〜４質量％と、オレイン酸０．０００５〜４質量％と、を含有するクロロプレンゴム組成物。このクロロプレンゴム組成物は、クロロプレン単独重合体又はクロロプレンと他の単量体との共重合体を有するクロロプレンゴムと、エライジン酸及びオレイン酸を含有する不均化トール油石鹸と、を混練して得られる。【選択図】なし |
