The vinyl ether-based resin composition does not contain a vinyl ether-based compound other than the compound, and contains a specific photopolymerization initiator. 【課題】コーティング膜に用いた際に優れた伸び特性を有する、ビニルエーテル系樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】特定のウレタン骨格とビニルエーテル基とを有する化合物と、光重合開始剤とを含むビニルエーテル系樹脂組成物において、前記ビニルエーテル系樹脂組成物は前記化合物以外のビニルエーテル化合物を含まず、特定の光重合開始剤を含むことを特徴とするビニルエーテル系樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
