Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of maintenance persons by detecting state changes of a man conveyor and reflecting the detected results in the maintenance work and allowing an appropriate response before occurrence of a failure.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring device 50 includes a data storage part 53 which stores measured data of a sensor terminal 30 acquired from a data collector 40, a frequency analysis part 56a which reads out the measured data from the data storage part 53 by a specified analysis unit and subjects to frequency analysis, a correlation function calculation part 56b which calculates correlation coefficients on the basis of the measured data after the frequency analysis and preset reference data, a state change determination part 56c which determines state changes of a man conveyor on the basis of the correlation coefficients and a display part 57 which displays the results of the determination. 【課題】マンコンベアの状態変化を検知して保守作業に反映させることで保守員の負担を軽減すると共に、故障に至る前に適切に対処する。【解決手段】遠隔監視装置50は、データ収集装置40から取得したセンサ端末30の計測データを記憶するデータ記憶部53と、データ記憶部53から計測データを所定の分析単位毎に読み出して周波数分析する周波数分析部56aと、周波数分析された計測データと予め設定された基準データとに基づいて相関係数を算出する相関関数算出部56bと、相関係数に基づいてマンコンベアの状態変化を判定する状態変化判定部56cと、判定結果を表示する表示部57とを備える。【選択図】 図2
