Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type motor capable of cooling a stator and a rotor using a clean cooling air after removing magnetic substances from the cooling air supplied from the outside.SOLUTION: The permanent magnet type motor includes: a stator 20 having a coil 21; a rotor 30 having a permanent magnet 33 that rotates on the axis O; and a casing 40 which stores the stator and the rotor therein and includes an inlet 43 formed for taking in a cooling air A supplied from the outside and an exhaust port 50 formed for exhausting the cooling air to the outside, and includes a flow path of the cooling air flowing from the inlet to the exhaust port therein. The casing includes a permanent magnet type motor 3 in which a magnetic body 60 is provided in an area 48 opposite to the inlet in a diameter direction with respect to the axis in the half way of the flow path of the cooling air.
【課題】外部から供給される冷却風から磁性物質を除去し、清浄な冷却風を利用して固定子及び回転子の冷却を行うこと。【解決手段】コイル21を有する固定子20と、永久磁石33を有し、軸線O回りに回転する回転子30と、固定子及び回転子を内部に収容すると共に外部から供給された冷却風Aを内部に入気させる吸入口43、及び冷却風を外部に排気させる排気口50が形成され、吸入口から排気口に向かう冷却風の流通経路を内部に有するケーシング40と、を備え、ケーシングには、冷却風の流通経路の途中であって、吸入口とは軸線を挟んで径方向の反対側に位置する対向部分48に磁性体60が設けられている永久磁石式電動機3を提供する。【選択図】図4 |
