Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency hardening apparatus which can improve the working environment of an operator and achieve energy saving by utilizing the heat of hardening water having cooled work.SOLUTION: High-temperature hardening water which has been jetted and supplied to work 3 and recovered into a recovery pan 5 is supplied to heat conduction piping 9 arranged under a floor 10 at the standing position of an operator. The hardening water passing through the heat conduction piping 9 heats the floor surface at the standing position 10 and itself decreases in temperature. The hardening water decreased in temperature is recovered into a hardening water recovery tank 11, which suppresses temperature rise of the hardening water stored in the hardening water tank 11.
【課題】ワークを冷却した焼入水の熱を利用して、作業者の作業環境を改善すると共に、省エネルギー化を実現することができる高周波焼入装置を提供することである。【解決手段】ワーク3に向けて噴射供給され、回収パン5に回収された高温の焼入水を、作業者の立ち位置10の床下に配置した熱伝導配管9に供給する。熱伝導配管9を通過した焼入水は、立ち位置10の床面を加熱し、自身の温度は低下する。温度が低下した焼入水が、焼入水タンク11に回収される。その結果、焼入水タンク11内に貯留されている焼入水の温度上昇が抑制される。【選択図】図2 |
