Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate brick for which firing time is short, and also, capable of exceedingly increasing tolerance compared with the conventional one, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A molded body comprising a carbon raw material of 1 to 10 mass% and a metallic additive of 1 to 8 mass% is formed. Then, a nonoxidizing gas in which the concentration of a nitrogen gas is 70 to 99 vol%, further, the concentration of a carbon monoxide gas is 1 vol.% or higher, also, the total of the concentration of the carbon monoxide gas and the concentration of the carbon dioxide gas is 20 vol.% or lower, further, the concentration of an oxygen gas is 0.1 vol.% or lower and the concentration of steam is 2 vol.% or lower is blown into a furnace, and the molded body is fired in a state of directly contacted with the nonoxidizing gas in the furnace. As the metallic additive, aluminum or an aluminum-containing alloy can be incorporated by 1 to 4 mass%.
【課題】焼成時間が短く、かつ従来に比べて耐用性を格段に高めることができるプレートれんが及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】カーボン原料を1〜10質量%及び金属添加物を1〜8質量%含有する成形体が形成される。そして、当該成形体が、窒素ガス濃度が70〜99体積%であるとともに、一酸化炭素ガス濃度が1体積%以上かつ一酸化炭素ガス濃度と二酸化炭素ガス濃度の合計が20体積%以下であって、さらに酸素ガス濃度が0.1体積%以下、水蒸気濃度が2体積%以下である非酸化性ガスを炉内に送風し、当該炉内で非酸化性ガスと直接接する状態で焼成される。金属添加物として、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム含有合金を1〜4質量%含有することができる。【選択図】なし |
