UNDERCUT DRILL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercut drill device in which forward and rearward movements of a cutter part for forming an undercut structure in a prepared hole are less likely to be affected by cutting powder and small pieces of a cut object.SOLUTION: An undercut drill device includes: a cutting part 30 which moves forward and rearward from a body part 10 relative to a cut object; a storage part 12 which stores the cutting part 30 in the body part 10; and a biasing member 50 which constantly biases the cutting part 30 in a direction that a cutter part 34 protrudes from an outer surface 15. The cutting part 30 has a bar-like slide part 32, and the storage part 12 includes a guide part 16 which contacts with an outer peripheral surface of the slide part 32 and guides the slide part 32. The guide part 16 guides the slide member 32 between a first position where the cutting part 30 moves forward and the cutter part 34 protrudes from the outer surface 15 to the furthest position and a second position where the cutter part 34 is moved to the outer surface 15. 【課題】本発明は、下穴にアンダーカット構造を形成するカッター部の進退移動が被切削物の切削粉や小片によって影響を受けにくいアンダーカットドリル装置を提供する。【解決手段】アンダーカットドリル装置は、本体部１０から被切削物に対して進退可能な切削部３０と、切削部３０を本体部１０の内部に収容する収容部１２と、カッター部３４が外表面１５から突出する方向に切削部３０を常時付勢する付勢部材５０と、を有する。切削部３０は、棒状のスライド部３２を有し、収容部１２は、スライド部３２の外周面に接触してスライド部３２を案内する案内部１６を有し、案内部１６は、切削部３０が前進して外表面１５からカッター部３４が最も突出する第１の位置と、カッター部３４が外表面１５まで移動する第２の位置と、の間でスライド部３２を案内することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
