Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a reception light wavelength in an optical transceiver 1 using an APD as a light-receiving device.SOLUTION: The method for identifying includes: operating an APD 2a in a PD mode to receive input light F1 and to obtain a first light current of the APD 2a; operating the APD 2a in an APD mode to receive the input light F1 and to obtain a second light current of the APD 2a; calculating a light current ratio of the first light current to the second light current; and comparing the light current ratio with previously calculated reference data to identify a wavelength of the input light F1.
【課題】受光デバイスとしてAPDを用いた光トランシーバ1において、受信光の波長を特定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】APD2aをPDモードで動作させて入力光F1を受信し、APD2aの第1の光電流を得、APD2aをAPDモードで動作させて入力光F1を受信し、APD2aの第2の光電流を得、第1の光電流と第2の光電流との光電流比を算出し、この光電流比と、予め算出された基準データDを比較して、入力光F1の波長を特定する。【選択図】図5 |
