Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a carbonyl compound labeled withO under a mild condition without requiring complex operation.SOLUTION: The method includes a step in which a diketone compound represented by a general formula (1), HO, and a metal alkoxide such as Al, Zr, Ti, Zn forming a chelate and the diketone compound represented by the general formula (1) are mixed under a weak acid condition. 【課題】温和な条件で煩雑な操作を必要とすることなく、１７Ｏで標識されたカルボニル化合物を得る方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記一般式（１）に示されるジケトン化合物と、Ｈ２１７Ｏと、前記一般式（１）に示されるジケトン化合物とキレートを形成するＡｌ，Ｚｒ，Ｔｉ，Ｚｎ等の金属アルコキシドと、を弱酸性条件下で混合する工程を有する。一般式（１）【選択図】なし
