METHOD FOR PREVENTING BACKWARD MOVEMENT OF CALCULUS AND FRAGMENT DURING LITHOTRIPSY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for calculosis for reducing risk of damage to a surrounding biological tissue when occluding an anatomical lumen or removing a calculus (biological calculus such as a urinary stone, a pancreatic calculus, and a bile duct stone) which may exist in the lumen.SOLUTION: A lumen in a distal position is occluded for a calculus using a polymer plug, thereby preventing a calculus fragment generated in lithotripsy from moving to the upper part of the lumen. Two kinds of solutions are injected near the calculus using a double lumen catheter, and the polymer plug is formed by the mixing of the solutions. 【課題】身体解剖学的な管腔を閉塞させるか、あるいは管腔内に存在するであろう、結石（例えば、尿結石、胆管結石、および膵石などの生物学上の結石）を除去する際に、周囲の生体組織の損傷の危険性を軽減する、結石症の治療方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリマープラグを用い、結石に対して遠位の管腔を塞ぎ、それによって砕石術で生じた結石断片が管腔の上方に移動するのを防ぐ。ダブルルーメン・カテーテルを用いて２種類の溶液を結石の近くに注入し、前記溶液の混合によってポリマープラグを形成させる。【選択図】図２
