Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing valve sticking.SOLUTION: A valve control apparatus configured by arranging a plurality of valves in parallel on the way of a passage of fluid and capable of controlling a flow rate or pressure of the fluid passing the passage by the opening/closing of the valves includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring a measurement value of the flow rate or pressure of the fluid; an allocation unit for allocating a part of the plurality of valves as an active system and allocating the valves other than the active system as a standby system; and an aperture instruction unit for opening at least the valve of the active system out of the valves on the basis of the measurement value and specifying apertures of respective valves so that the flow rate or pressure of the fluid passing the passage becomes a target value, wherein the allocation unit periodically switches the active system and the standby system.
【課題】弁の固着を防止する技術を提供する。【解決手段】流体の流路の途中に複数の弁が並列に設けられ、前記弁の開閉により前記流路を通る前記流体の流量又は圧力を制御する弁制御装置であって、前記流体の流量又は圧力の計測値を取得する取得部と、前記複数の弁の一部を現用系とし、前記現用系以外の弁を予備系とする割当部と、前記計測値に基づいて、前記弁のうち、少なくとも前記現用系の弁を開き、前記流路を通る前記流体の流量又は圧力が目標値となるように、各弁の開度を指定する開度命令部と、を備え、前記割当部が、定期的に現用系と予備系を切り換える。【選択図】図7 |
