Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubeless micropump capable of properly feeding fluid from an introducing flow passage to a feeding-out flow passage through a feeding flow passage even if a tube is not used.SOLUTION: A rotary pressurizing member housing part 11 for housing a rotary pressurizing member 21 rotated by a rotating device 20, a feeding flow passage 12 for feeding fluid as the rotary pressurizing member is rotated along the circumference of the rotary pressurizing member housing part, an introducing flow passage 13 for introducing fluid into the feeding flow passage, and a feeding-out flow passage 14 for feeding out the fluid fed from the feeding flow passage are arranged in a concave manner on the upper surface of a base member 10 made of elastic material. A lid member 30 is fixed to the upper surface of the base member to close the upper surface, the rotary pressurizing member is rotated to cause a portion for pressing and deforming a partition wall part 17 between the rotary pressurizing member housing part and the feeding flow passage toward the feeding flow passage by the rotary pressurizing member to be moved from the introducing flow passage toward the feeding-out flow passage in a circumferential direction.
【課題】 チューブを使用しなくても、流体を導入流路から送り流路を通して導出流路に適切に送液できるチューブレスマイクロポンプを提供する。【解決手段】 弾性材料で構成されたベース部材10の上面に、回転装置20によって回転される回転加圧部材21を収容させる回転加圧部材収容部11と、回転加圧部材収容部の周囲に沿って回転加圧部材の回転に伴って流体を送る送り流路12と、送り流路に流体を導入させる導入流路13と、送り流路から送られてきた流体を送り出す導出流路14とを凹設させ、このベース部材の上面に蓋部材30を取り付けて上面を閉塞させ、前記の回転加圧部材を回転させて、回転加圧部材により回転加圧部材収容部と送り流路との間の隔壁部17を送り流路側に押圧変形させる部分を、導入流路側から導出流路側に向けて周方向に移動させるようにした。【選択図】 図5 |
