Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy discrimination method capable of accurately discriminating a sample to be selected for each base of aluminum alloy.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy discrimination method includes a first discrimination process and a second discrimination process. In the first discrimination process, whether a sample to be selected is an aluminum alloy is discriminated by measuring the intensity of the X-ray having passed through the sample to be selected. In the second discrimination process, whether the sample to be selected contains a desired amount of first added element is discriminated by measuring the intensity of the fluorescent X-ray released from the sample to be selected. 【課題】被選別試料をアルミニウム合金の系統別に精度良く判別することができるアルミ合金判別方法を提供する。【解決手段】アルミ合金判別方法は、第1判別工程および第2判別工程を備えている。第1判別工程においては、被選別試料がアルミニウム合金であるかどうかを、被選別試料を透過したX線の強度を測定することによって判別する。第2判別工程においては、被選別試料が所望量の第1の添加元素を含むかどうかを、被選別試料から放出される蛍光X線の強度を測定することによって判別する。【選択図】図1
