TWO-DRUM WINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-drum winder in which roundness of a wound article can be inspected at a winding stage of a band-like sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a two-drum winder in which a winding shaft is disposed above two winder drums arranged in parallel, and which winds a band-like sheet around the winding shaft while rotating the two winder drums. The two-drum winder includes: shaft center position detection means for detecting a shaft center position of the winding shaft; rotational speed detection means for detecting rotational speed of the winding shaft; and first abnormality detection means that, at a final stage of the winding around the winding shaft, detects a plurality of shaft center positions of the winding shaft when the rotational speed of the winding shaft is reduced to a speed equal to or below a set speed, and that outputs an abnormality signal when deviations of the plurality of detected shaft center positions are greater than an allowed value of shaft center deviation. 【課題】この発明は、帯状シートの巻取段階で巻取品の真円度を検査することのできるツードラムワインダを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】並列に配置された２本のワインダドラム上に巻取軸を配置し、２本のワインダドラムを回転させて帯状シートを巻取軸に巻き取るツードラムワインダであって、前記巻取軸の軸心位置を検出する軸心位置検出手段と、前記巻取軸の回転速度を検出する回転速度検出手段と、前記巻取軸への巻き取り終盤において、前記巻取軸の回転速度が設定速度以下まで低下した場合に、前記巻取軸の軸心位置を複数検出し、該複数検出された軸心位置の偏差が軸心偏差許容値よりも大きい場合に異常信号を出力する第１異常検出手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
