Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant sticking sheet capable of being peeled without leaving a paste on an adherend when the sticking sheet is peeled from the adherend, even after being exposed to high temperature environment.SOLUTION: A sticking sheet is obtained by laminating an antistatic easy adhesion layer and an adsorption layer in this order on one surface (A surface) of a polyimide film, where the antistatic easy adhesion layer contains, as main components, carbon nano-tubes, an acrylic polyol and a dispersant. Further, in the antistatic easy adhesion layer, the content of the carbon nano-tubes is 0.4-35.0 wt.%, the content of the acrylic polyol is 12.5-99.0 wt.%, and the content of the dispersant is 0.6-52.5 wt.%. 【課題】高温環境にさらされた後でも、被着体から貼着用シートを剥がした際に、被着体への糊残りが無く剥がせる耐熱性貼着用シートを提供することである。【解決手段】ポリイミドフィルムの片面(A面)に帯電防止性易接着層、吸着層をこの順に積層した貼着用シートであって、前記帯電防止性易接着層が、カーボンナノチューブとアクリルポリオールと分散剤を主成分とする貼着用シート。さらには前記帯電防止性易接着層中のカーボンナノチューブ含有量が0.4〜35.0重量%、アクリルポリオール含有量が12.5〜99.0重量%、分散剤含有量が0.6重量%〜52.5重量%であることを特徴とする貼着用シート。【選択図】 なし
