Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fatigue characteristic of a welding toe part even if a load repeatedly acting on the welding toe part is large when the welding toe part of a steel structure is subjected to ultrasonic impact treatment.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic impact treatment method of treating a welding toe part of a steel structure having a welded part with an ultrasonic impact to improve fatigue strength of the welding toe part, includes: (i) imposing a load on the welding toe part; and (ii) releasing the load after imposing the load, and treating the welding toe part with an ultrasonic impact. 【課題】鋼構造物の溶接止端部に超音波衝撃処理を施す際、溶接止端部に繰返し作用する荷重が大きい場合においても、溶接止端部の疲労特性を向上させる。【解決手段】溶接部を有する鋼構造物の溶接止端部に超音波衝撃処理を施して、該溶接止端部の疲労強度を改善する超音波衝撃処理方法において、(i)上記溶接止端部に荷重を負荷する工程と、(ii)荷重を負荷した後、荷重を解除し、溶接止端部に超音波衝撃処理を施す工程からなることを特徴とする超音波衝撃処理方法。【選択図】図3
