PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film electrostatic coating device capable of safely performing thin-film electrostatic coating and simplifying a configuration thereof.SOLUTION: A thin film electrostatic coating device comprises: a belt conveyor device 10 which conveys a conveyor belt 11 which can hold a web-like base material 9 on a surface thereof from an upstream side to a downstream side; a base material supply device which supplies the base material 9 to the upstream side of the conveyor belt 11; a base material recovery device which recovers the base material 9 from the downstream side of the conveyor belt 11; a housing 40 surrounding an intermediate portion of the conveyor belt 11 and extending along the conveyor belt 11; a powder supply device 42 which supplies a powder 6 from one end part of the housing 40 to the other end part; and an electrode 44 which fixes the powder 6 installed in the housing 40 to the base material 9 held on a surface of the conveyor belt 11. 【課題】薄膜の静電塗装を安全に行えかつ構成を簡素にできる薄膜静電塗装装置の提供。【解決手段】薄膜静電塗装装置は、ウェブ状の基材９を表面に保持可能なコンベアベルト１１を上流側から下流側へと送るベルトコンベア装置１０と、コンベアベルト１１の上流側に基材９を供給する基材供給装置と、コンベアベルト１１の下流側から基材９を回収する基材回収装置と、コンベアベルト１１の中間部を包囲しかつコンベアベルト１１に沿って延びるハウジング４０と、ハウジング４０の一方の端部から他方の端部へと粉体６を供給する粉体供給装置４２と、ハウジング４０内に設置されて粉体６をコンベアベルト１１の表面に保持された基材９に定着させる電極４４とを有する。【選択図】図２
