Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip having improved user convenience, allowing a specimen to be easily introduced into the microchip without preparing a capillary separately from the microchip.SOLUTION: Provided is a microchip equipped with a fluid circuit composed of an internally formed space and used for moving, within the fluid circuit, a fluid present in the fluid circuit by the application of a centrifugal force, the microchip comprising an opening part provided on the surface of the microchip and connected to the fluid circuit, a lid part for opening/closing the opening part, and a specimen introduction part for introducing a specimen, the specimen introduction part being disposed in the lid part in such a way that, when the opening part is closed by the lid part, the specimen introduction part is accommodated inside the opening part. 【課題】マイクロチップとは別途にキャピラリーを用意することなく、マイクロチップへの検体導入を簡便に行うことができる、ユーザー利便性の向上されたマイクロチップを提供する。【解決手段】内部に形成された空間からなる流体回路を備えており、遠心力の印加により流体回路内に存在する液体を流体回路内において移動させるマイクロチップであって、マイクロチップの表面に設けられ、かつ、流体回路に接続される開口部と、該開口部の開閉を行う蓋部と、検体を取り込むための検体取込部とを含み、該検体取込部は、蓋部により開口部を閉じたときに、検体取込部が開口部内に収容されるように蓋部に設置されているマイクロチップである。【選択図】図1
