Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling system having an underground heat storage layer for storing plus heat quantity and minus heat quantity which stores minus or plus heat quantity on an underground part of a structural body such as a house and performs heating or cooling in the structural body by properly taking out the heat quantity.SOLUTION: An underground part of a housing H forms a plus heat storage layer 3A and a minus heat storage layer 3B. Hot water heated on a solar water heater 5 is supplied to the plus heat storage layer 3A and is heat-exchanged with heat storage medium in the plus heat storage layer 3A, and the plus heat quantity is stored. Similarly, cool water cooled on the solar water heater 5 in winter season or the like is supplied to the minus heat storage layer 3B and is heat-exchanged with the heat storage medium in the minus heat storage layer 3B, and the minus heat quantity is stored. The stored plus or minus heat quantity, for example upon the heating, is heat-exchanged with the plus heat quantity in an air duct D1 and hot wind is supplied indoors. On the contrary, upon the cooling, air in an air duct D2 is heat-exchanged with the minus heat quantity and cool wind is supplied indoors. 【課題】 家屋等の構造物の地下部分にマイナスまたはプラスの熱量を蓄熱して当該熱量を適宜取り出し構造物内の暖房又は冷房を行う。【解決手段】 家屋Hの地下部分はプラス蓄熱層3A及びマイナス蓄熱層3Bを形成する。プラス蓄熱層3Aには太陽熱温水機5において加熱された温水が供給されプラス蓄熱層3A内の蓄熱媒体と熱交換してプラスの熱量が蓄熱される。同様に冬季等において太陽熱温水機5において冷却された冷水はマイナス蓄熱層3Bに供給され、マイナス蓄熱層3B内の蓄熱媒体と熱交換してマイナスの熱量が蓄熱される。蓄熱されたプラス又はマイナスの熱量は例えば暖房時には空気ダクトD1においてプラスの熱量と熱交換し、室内に温風が供給される。逆に冷房時には空気ダクトD2内の空気とマイナスの熱量が熱交換し、室内に冷風が供給される。【選択図】 図1
