INJECTING LIQUID OF PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION FOR INK JET HEAD, INK JET HEAD AND PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION METHOD OF INK JET HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injecting liquid for physical distribution of an ink jet head capable of effectively preventing: solidification of ink due to long-term storage; contamination on a heater surface; deterioration in discharge performance and printing quality due to liquid accumulation at a discharge port peripheral edge part and the like, especially the occurrence of "distorted printing".SOLUTION: A injecting liquid for physical distribution of an ink jet head is injected in a nozzle flow path communicating with an ink discharge port in physical distribution of a thermal ink jet head. In the ink jet head, an opening area of the ink discharge port is 100-350 μm, and a water repellency region is formed on a peripheral edge of the ink discharge port. At least in an aqueous medium having a water-soluble organic compound and water as components, a dye is dissolved, and the dye is contained so that the concentration of the dye is equal to or greater than 0.2 mass% and equal to or less than 1 mass% with respect to the total mass of the injecting liquid for physical distribution, and also the concentration is equal to or less than saturation solubility with respect to the water-soluble organic compound. Surface tension is equal to or greater than 35 mN/m. 【課題】長期保管に伴うインクの固化、ヒーター表面の汚染、吐出口周縁部の液溜まり等に伴う吐出性能および印刷品位の低下、特に「よれ印字」の発生を効果的に防止し得るインクジェットヘッドの物流用充填液を提供する。【解決手段】サーマル方式のインクジェットヘッドを物流させる際に、インク吐出口に連通するノズル流路に充填されるインクジェットヘッドの物流用充填液である。インクジェットヘッドは、インク吐出口の開口面積が１００〜３５０μｍ2であるとともに、インク吐出口の周縁に撥水性領域が形成されたものであり、少なくとも水溶性有機化合物および水を構成成分とする水性媒体に、染料が溶解され、染料が、物流用充填液の全質量に対し、０．２質量％以上、１質量％以下の濃度で、かつ、水溶性有機化合物に対する飽和溶解度以下の濃度で含有され、表面張力が、３５ｍＮ／ｍ以上である。【選択図】なし
