Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a Ti deoxidized steel cast slab for a thin steel sheet that is difficult to cause a press crack due to a large inclusion while preventing a nozzle from clogging during continuous casting, and to provide a method for producing a thin steel sheet.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a Ti deoxidized steel cast slab, when continuously casting a Ti deoxidized steel that includes, by mass, 0.005% or less C, 0.001% or more and 0.01% or less Al, 0.01% or more and 0.4% or less Ti, 0.0004% or less Ca (including 0% Ca), an immersion nozzle that has an interior body including 3% or more and 10% or less CaO is used. 【課題】連続鋳造時のノズル閉塞を防止した上で、大型介在物に起因するプレス割れが生じにくい薄鋼板用Ti脱酸鋼鋳片の製造方法、薄鋼板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】質量%で、C:0.005%以下、Al:0.001%以上0.01%以下、Ti:0.01%以上0.4%以下、Ca:0.0004%以下(Ca:0%を含む)を含むTi脱酸鋼の連続鋳造をする際に、CaO:3%以上10%以下を含有する内装体を備えた浸漬ノズルを用いる。【選択図】図1
