PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder device with a magnet having an improved shape.SOLUTION: A lens holder device includes; a lens holder (50) having a first coil (80) surrounding an outer circumference of a lens; a magnet unit (40) having a first magnet portion (43) that includes a first surface (43a) facing the first coil, and a second magnet portion (45) that includes a second surface (45a) perpendicular to the first surface and constitutes a magnetic domain separate from that of the first magnet portion; springs (30, 60) which couple the lens holder and the magnet unit in a relatively movable manner in an optical axis direction; and a base unit (19) having a second coil (82a) facing the second surface. The first magnet portion and the second magnet portion are portions of an integral body.
