Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage during excavation while maintaining functions of an antenna for position detection of a shield machine in an excellent state.SOLUTION: In a structure 100 protecting antennas 12-14 of a tag reader which, for detecting relative positions of two excavators forming working faces facing each other, reads a radio IC tag provided in one excavator and is provided in the other excavator 11, each of the antennas 12-14 is fixed to each of cylindrical parts 38-40 each installed inside a metallic shell body 33 in the other excavator 11 and provided with a slit-shaped opening 35 formed in an excavator outer peripheral surface 34 and an opening 37 of an excavator tip surface 36 continued to the opening 35, at a position separated from an inner wall 41 of each of the cylindrical parts 38-40 and separated from the slit-shaped opening 35 toward a cylindrical part center 43.
【課題】シールドマシンの位置検出用アンテナにおける機能を良好に維持しつつ、掘削中の破損を防止可能とする。【解決手段】互いに対向した切羽を形成する2台の掘削機の相対位置を検知すべく、一方の掘削機に備わる無線ICタグの読み取りを行う、他方の掘削機11に備わるタグリーダーのアンテナ12〜14を防護する構造100において、他方の掘削機11における金属製の殻体33の内側に設けられ、掘削機外周面34に形成されたスリット状の開口35と当該開口35と連続した掘削機先端面36の開口37とを備えた筒状部38〜40に対し、当該筒状部38〜40の内壁41から離間し、かつスリット状の開口35から筒状部中心43に向けて離間した位置にてアンテナ12〜14を固定する。【選択図】図2 |
