Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil manufacturing facility, a shape accuracy control method, a foil manufacturing control device, and a foil manufacturing control program capable of improving and managing flatness accuracy of a foil.SOLUTION: A second measurement device 50 for measurement distortion of a foil which is rewound by a rewind machine 30 is provided. When a second shape value calculated based on the measurement value of the second measurement device 50 becomes a predetermined and preset condition, the second shape value is utilized for modifying a rolling condition. Thereby, the measurement result of the second measurement device 50 is reflected to control of a rolling machine 10. Therefore, flatness accuracy of the foil can be improved, and high flatness accuracy can be maintained and controlled.
【課題】 金属箔の平坦精度を管理・向上させることが可能な金属箔製造設備、形状精度管理方法、金属箔製造用制御装置、及び金属箔製造用制御プログラム等を提供する。【解決手段】 巻戻機30により巻き戻された金属箔の幅方向各部位における歪みを測定する第2測定器50を設け、第2測定器50の測定値に基づいて算出された第2形状値が予め設定された所定の条件となったときに、当該第2形状値を利用して圧延条件を修正する。これにより、第2測定器50の測定結果が圧延機10の制御に反映される。したがって、金属箔の平坦精度を向上させることができ得るとともに、高い平坦精度を維持管理でき得る。【選択図】図1 |
