Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit of low power consumption.SOLUTION: In an ion generation device, when a drain-source voltage Vds of a transistor 4 is raised due to a voltage appeared at a primary coil 5a of a step-up transformer 5 after the transistor 4 makes a transition from an on state to an off state, a diode 13 and a Zener diode 14 are turned on, and then, a current I1 flows from the primary coil 5a to a capacitor 11 via the diodes 13 and 14. The current absorbed in the capacitor 11 is supplied to the primary coil 5a when the transistor 4 is turned on, and reused. Accordingly, power consumption can be reduced.
【課題】低消費電力の電源回路を提供する。【解決手段】このイオン発生装置では、トランジスタ4がオン状態からオフ状態に遷移された後に昇圧トランス5の1次巻線5aに現れる電圧によってトランジスタ4のドレイン−ソース間電圧Vdsが上昇すると、ダイオード13およびツェナーダイオード14がオンし、1次巻線5aからダイオード13,14を介してコンデンサ11に電流I1が流れる。コンデンサ11に吸収した電流は、次にトランジスタ4がオンしたときに1次巻線1aに供給し、再利用する。したがって、消費電力を低減できる。【選択図】図6 |
