PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a portable communication device from being forgotten in a vehicle cabin by a low cost configuration.SOLUTION: A portable communication device 1 comprises: display means 2 which can display information to an occupant when it is detachably installed in a vehicle cabin so as to face the occupant; a camera 3 which is provided on a surface in the display means side and can capture the image of the occupant; getting-out determination means 5 which determines whether or not the occupant is getting out of the vehicle on the basis of the captured image data of a posture and an action of the occupant captured by the camera 3; and alarm means 8 which gives an alarm before the occupant leaves the vehicle behind if the getting-out determination means 5 has determined that the occupant is getting out of the vehicle. 【課題】 安価な構成で携帯型通信機器の車室内への置き忘れを防止する。【解決手段】携帯型通信機器1は、乗員に向けて車室内へ脱着可能に設置した時に乗員に情報を表示可能な表示手段2と、表示手段2側の面に設けられて乗員を撮像可能なカメラ3と、カメラ3で撮像した乗員の姿勢および動作の撮像データに基づいて乗員が車両から降りようとする動作か否かを判定する降車判定手段5と、降車判定手段5が乗員の降車を判定した場合に乗員が車両を離れる前に警報を発する警報手段8と、を備える。【選択図】図１
