Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying a nano carbon radiation carrier.SOLUTION: The method comprises: increasing the surface area of grafted antigens/antibody by grafted functional molecules using magnetic carbon fine particles highly exclusive to disease; increasing the antigens coupled with the surfaces of the nano particles small times to improve sensitivity and accuracy of detection; effectively, substantially improving cost reduction and convenience; and performing carcinoma diagnosis by clinical massive routine in-vitro qualitative measurement, evaluation of medical treatment and sample purification.
【課題】ナノ炭素輻射キャリア改質方法を提供する。【解決手段】病気に対して高い専用性の磁性炭素微粒子を利用して、その接ぎ木した官能性分子により、接ぎ木した抗原/抗体の表面積が増加され、そのナノ粒子表面に結合された抗原が若干倍に増加され、検知の敏感度や正確度が向上され、また、有効に、大幅にコストダウンと便利性とが向上され、臨床大量例行生体外定量測定の癌腫診断や治療の評価及びサンプル純化が行われる方法である。【選択図】図1 |
