HEAT UTILIZATION SYSTEM OF LIQUID WITH LOW CONCENTRATION OF COMBUSTIBLE ORGANIC SUBSTANCE AND HEAT UTILIZATION METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which: utilizes liquid containing a combustible organic substance (an alcohol component) as fuel by efficiently and inexpensively recovering the same through an adsorptive separation action of an absorption agent which selectively absorbs water molecules; and efficiently utilizes energy of the whole system.SOLUTION: A heat utilization system comprises: a moisture removal facility which performs a water removal treatment to absorb moisture in liquid containing a low concentration combustible organic substance with a moisture absorption agent; a recovery tank which recovers liquid containing a high concentration combustible organic substance with the moisture removed by the moisture removal facility; a combustion device which uses the liquid containing the high concentration combustible organic substance sent from the recovery tank as fuel; and moisture desorption means which sends gas generated in the combustion device to the moisture removal facility, allows the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption agent to be released as vapor and exhausts the vapor out of the moisture removal facility. 【課題】本発明は、水分子を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を用いて、吸着・分離作用により燃焼性有機物含有液体（アルコール分）を高効率であって安価に回収して燃料として利用し、かつ系全体のエネルギーを効率良く利用するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】熱利用システムは、低濃度燃焼性有機物含有液体から、水分吸着剤によって水分を吸着させて水分除去処理をする水分除去設備と、前記水分除去設備で水分が除去された高濃度燃焼性有機物含有液体を回収する回収貯槽と、前記回収貯槽から送られた高濃度燃焼性有機物含有液体を燃料に用いる燃焼装置と、前記燃焼装置から生じたガスを前記水分除去設備に送り、前記水分吸着剤に吸着された水分を蒸気として取り外させ当該水分除去設備から放出する水分脱着手段とを備える。【選択図】図１
