Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation component showing a superior heat insulation efficiency and a heat insulation method by which working can be performed in a relatively simple manner to eliminate some defects of troublesome work and high cost in a system for adhering heat insulation material to a surface due to the fact that a certain object requires to keep its temperature, the object is normally heat insulated in order to reduce heat radiation, for example, the heat insulation material such as Asbestos is adhered around it and fixed there so as to decrease the surface temperature of the object (a reactor in the above example) to be released with heat and to decrease a heat radiation amount.SOLUTION: There is provided an item in which a released side of a main body, a container with a depth of 5 to 30 mm having a polygonal shape as seen from its top plan view is spot welded to a high temperature object to be heat insulated with a clearance being kept and a clearance other than the spot-welded part is sealed with a heat insulation seal material. 【課題】 物体によっては、その温度を維持する必要のあるものがある。放熱を軽減するために、通常は物体に保温処理を行う。例えば、岩綿などの断熱材を周囲に貼付、固着する方法などである。熱を逃がす物体(上記例では反応器)の表面温度を下げて、放熱量を下げるものである。しかし、この表面に保温材を貼付する方式はどうしても手間と費用がかかる。そこで、比較的簡単に施工でき、断熱効率のよい保温具及び保温方法を提供する。【解決手段】 平面視多角形状の深さ5〜30mmの容器である本体の開放された側を、高温の被断熱物体に、隙間を開けて点溶接し、点溶接した箇所以外の隙間を断熱シール材でシールしたもの。【選択図】 図1
