| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor cap and an anchor device having the cap, easily constructible only by covering an anchor bar.SOLUTION: The anchor cap is provided in an upper structure such as a bridge for storing the anchor bar for aiming at a displacement restriction structure of the upper structure embedded in the vertical direction to a lower structure such as the bridge. The anchor device is constituted by fitting the anchor cap for filling-adhering an elastic filler 2 forming a space 8 for inserting the anchor bar 4 in an anchor cap 10 and the anchor bar 4 for coating a lubricant such as grease on the anchor cap.
