Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for a tube body that is inexpensive and has superior design.SOLUTION: A joint structure for a tube body that joins a first tube body 23 and a second tube body 25 together such that an end of the second tube body 25 abuts on an intermediate part of the first tube body 23 from the outside of its radial direction includes a bracket 31 which has one end side fastened to a wall surface of the first tube body 23, and the end of the second tube body 25 is fitted and fixed to the other end side of the bracket 31 fastened to the side of the first tube body 23. With the joint structure, thermal strain generated when the first tube body 23 and second tube body 25 are joined by welding is not generated, so subsequent strain removal processing is unnecessary, operability of joining operation is improved to make joining costs lower, and a tube body joint body as a product, for example, a handrail is improved in shape-related precision and reliability.
【課題】安価で且つ意匠性にも優れた管体の接合構造を提案する。【解決手段】第1の管体23の中間部にその径方向外方から第2の管体25の端部を突き合せた状態で該第1の管体23と第2の管体25を接合する管体の接合構造において、一端側が第1の管体23の壁面に締着されるブラケット31を備え、該第1の管体23側に締着された上記ブラケット31の他端側に第2の管体25の端部を嵌合固定する。係る接合構造によれば、第1の管体23と第2の管体25を溶接によって接合する場合のような熱歪が発生せず、事後的な歪取り処理が不要であり接合作業における作業性が向上し接合コストの低廉化が促進されるとともに、製品としての管体接合体、例えば、手すりの形状的な精度及び信頼性の向上が図られる。【選択図】図1 |
