ACID CLEANING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid cleaning apparatus in which a discharge amount of an acid cleaning liquid can be reduced.SOLUTION: An acid cleaning apparatus 1 passes a steel strip 10 through the inside of an acid cleaning tank 30 to immerse the steel strip 10 in an acid cleaning liquid W inside the acid cleaning tank 30. The acid cleaning apparatus 1 includes: a liquid draining roll 43; and a blockage plate 50. The liquid draining roll 43 is made to rotatably contact to a top face of the steel strip 10 in the acid cleaning tank 30. The blockage plate 50 is disposed to a lower part of the liquid draining roll 43 in the acid cleaning tank 30. The blockage plate 50 blocks a flow of the acid cleaning liquid W in a lower surface side of the steel strip 10. 【課題】 酸洗液の排出量を低減することができる酸洗設備を提供する。【解決手段】 酸洗設備１は、鋼帯１０を酸洗槽３０内に通板し、鋼帯１０を酸洗槽３０内の酸洗液Ｗに浸漬させる。酸洗設備１は、液切りロール４３と、遮断板５０とを含んで構成される。液切りロール４３は、酸洗槽３０内において鋼帯１０の上面に回転可能に当接される。遮断板５０は、酸洗槽３０内における液切りロール４３の下部に配置される。遮断板５０は、鋼帯１０の下面側における酸洗液Ｗの流れを遮断する。【選択図】 図１
