Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastic which uses carbon fiber large tow and allows an irregular-shape pultrusion molding.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced plastic consists of a fiber bundle of reinforcing fibers having a number of filaments of 25,000-80,000 and a hardened product of an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin and an epoxy resin hardening agent, has a strength development rate of the reinforcing fiber of 90% or higher and is capable of suppressing meander of fibers and exerting good mechanical characteristics not only when the cross sectional shape of the filament is perfectly circular but also when it is, e.g., elliptical, ovoid, horse-bean-shaped or three-leafed.
【課題】炭素繊維ラージトウを用いた異形引抜成形品を成形できる繊維強化プラスチックを提供する。【解決手段】フィラメント数25000〜80000本の補強繊維の繊維束と、エポキシ樹脂とエポキシ樹脂硬化剤を含むエポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化物からなる繊維強化プラスチックであり、補強繊維の強度発現率が90%以上である繊維強化プラスチックであり、フィラメントの形状がほぼ真円である場合だけでなく、楕円、卵形、空豆形、三葉形等の断面形状であっても、繊維の蛇行を抑制し、高い機械的特性を発現性する繊維強化プラスチックを得ることが出来る。【選択図】なし |
