| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for producing high quality biomethanol, from which impurities have been removed, more easily and at a lower cost than conventional systems.SOLUTION: A biomethanol production system, which produces a methanol-containing gas from a gasified gas obtained by gasifying a biomass raw material in a gasification facility, includes: a cooler 4 which cools the methanol-containing gas to a predetermined temperature; an impurity removal device 5 which removes moisture in the cooled methanol-containing gas by adsorbing the moisture on a moisture adsorbent; and a gas cooling separation device 6 which cools the moisture-removed methanol-containing gas to separate it into a methanol solution and an off-gas.
【課題】従来よりも簡便かつ低コストで不純物を除去した高純度のバイオメタノールを製造するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】バイオメタノール製造システムは、バイオマス原料をガス化設備でガス化して得られたガス化ガスからメタノール含有ガスを生成し、メタノール含有ガスを所定温度まで冷却する冷却器４と、冷却されたメタノール含有ガス中の水分を水分吸着剤に吸着させて水分を除去する不純物除去設備５と、水分が除去されたメタノール含有ガスを冷却しメタノール溶液とオフガスに分離するガス冷却分離設備６とを備える。【選択図】図１ |
