Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate capable of abating frictional electrification.SOLUTION: One glass surface 14 selected from between the main surfaces of a glass substrate 10 has surface attributes of RSm defined in terms of the average gap of valleys and peaks being more than 0.06 μm and of a strain magnitude Rsk expressing the symmetry of peak and valley portions being greater than 0.5. The Ra (arithmetic average roughness: JIS B 0601 : 2001) of the other glass surface 12 selected from between the main surfaces of the glass substrate 10 is 0.2 nm or less, whereas the absolute value of the strain magnitude Rsk of the same expressing the symmetry of peak and valley portions thereof is confined to a range of 0.05 or less.
【課題】摩擦帯電が低減できるガラス基板を提供する。【解決手段】ガラス基板10の主表面のうち一方のガラス表面14は、その表面性状が、凹凸の平均間隔により定義されるRSmが0.06μmよりも大きく、かつ、山部と谷部との対象性を示すひずみ度Rskが0.5よりも大きくなるように処理されている。前記ガラス基板10の主表面のうち他方のガラス表面12は、Ra(算術平均粗さ:JIS B 0601:2001)が0.2nm以下であり、かつ、山部と谷部との対象性を示すひずみ度Rskは絶対値で0.05以下の範囲内にある。【選択図】図1 |
