PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest in which operability of elevation operation of a headrest body is not deteriorated and an occupant does not feel a foreign matter feeling at his/her head.SOLUTION: A lower face 12K of a rear side upper end part 12 of a headrest body 10 overlaps an upper face 3J of a seat back 3 in a state that the headrest body 10 is positioned at a lower side stroke end, and a rear face 11B of a front face part 11 overlaps a front face upper end part 3M of the seat back 3. A first stay part 9A is inserted into an insertion part on the seat back 3 side so as to be freely elevated and lowered. In a state that the headrest body 10 is positioned at the lower side stroke end, a lower end 9B1 of a second stay part 9B on the front face part 11 side is positioned above the upper face 3J of the seat back 3, and a balloon-state resin molding 13 is incorporated in the lower front face part 11 of the lower end 9B1 of the second stay part 9B. 【課題】ヘッドレスト本体の上昇操作の操作性を低下させることなく、乗員が頭部に異物感を感じにくくすることができるヘッドレストを提供する。【解決手段】ヘッドレスト本体１０が下側のストローク端に位置した状態で、ヘッドレスト本体１０の後側上端部１２の下面１２Ｋがシートバック３の上面３Ｊに重なるとともに、前面部１１の後面１１Ｂがシートバック３の前面上端部３Ｍに重なり、第１ステー部９Ａは、シートバック３側の挿入部に昇降自在に挿入され、ヘッドレスト本体１０が下側のストローク端に位置した状態で、前面部１１側の第２ステー部９Ｂの下端９Ｂ１は、シートバック３の上面３Ｊよりも上方に位置し、第２ステー部９Ｂの下端９Ｂ１の下方の前面部１１に風船状の樹脂成形体１３が内蔵されている。【選択図】図２
