Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and smoothly transmit and receive only an appropriate shot image from each of a large volume of portable terminal devices in one and the same hall.SOLUTION: Provided is an image acquisition system 1 having a portable terminal device 10 at each seat position in a hall and a server 103. The portable terminal device 10 inputs a seat position; stores a shot image photographed by a camera 17 by correlating posture information and time information about the portable terminal device 10 with the shot image; determines, on the basis of the position information and the posture information, whether a position of interest was photographed; transmits the posture information, position information, and time information about the shot image of the position of interest to the server 103; and transmits, to the server 103, the shot image permitted in a transmission permitted image list replied thereto. The server 103 determines the serviceability of the shot image on the basis of the received position information, posture information, and time information; transmits, to the portable terminal device 10, a transmission permitted image list for the shot image determined to be serviceable; and receives the shot image as a reply thereto and stores the received shot image. 【課題】同一の会場内で大量の携帯端末装置からそれぞれ適正な撮影画像だけを自動的かつ円滑に送受信する。【解決手段】会場内の座席位置における携帯端末装置10と、サーバ103と、を有する画像取得システム1であって、携帯端末装置10は、座席位置を入力し、カメラ17が撮影した撮影画像を携帯端末装置10の姿勢情報と時間情報とを撮影画像と対応付けて記憶し、位置情報と姿勢情報とに基づいて注視位置を撮影したか判定し、注視位置撮影画像の姿勢情報、位置情報、及び、時間情報をサーバ103へ送信し、その返信の送信許可画像リストで許可された撮影画像をサーバ103へ送信し、サーバ103は、受信した位置情報、姿勢情報、及び、時間情報に基づいて撮影画像の有用度を判定し、有用度が高いと判定された撮影画像に対する送信許可画像リストを携帯端末装置10へ送信し、その返信として撮影画像を受信し、記憶する。【選択図】図4
