Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel recovery method capable of recovering magnet powder from a rare earth bond magnet efficiently.SOLUTION: A method of recovering magnet powder from a rare earth bond magnet comprises: a resin dissolving and removing step of removing the binder resin of a rare earth bond magnet while dissolving in a solvent; a magnet powder recovery step of subsequently recovering the magnet powder; and a heating step for heating the rare earth bond magnet prior to the resin dissolving and removing step. By performing the heating step prior to dissolving the resin, the resin is dissolved easily in the solvent, and recovery of magnet powder is facilitated. In the heating step, the rare earth bond magnet is preferably heated to the weight loss starting temperature or more and less than the maximum weight loss rate temperature.
【課題】希土類ボンド磁石から磁石粉末を効率的に回収できる新たな回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の希土類ボンド磁石からの磁石粉末回収方法は、希土類ボンド磁石のバインダー樹脂を溶媒中で溶解除去する樹脂溶解除去工程と、その後、磁石粉末を回収する磁石粉末回収工程とからなる希土類ボンド磁石からの磁石粉末回収方法において、樹脂溶解除去工程の前に、希土類ボンド磁石を加熱する加熱工程を有することを特徴とする。樹脂を溶解させる前に加熱工程を行うことにより樹脂が溶媒中に溶解し易くなり、磁石粉末の回収が容易となる。なお、加熱工程は、希土類ボンド磁石を減量開始温度以上、減量率最大温度未満に加熱する工程であるとより好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
