Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode member for a touch panel with improved slippage of a sensor electrode surface formed on a transparent insulation base material and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An electrode member for a touch panel comprises: a first sensor electrode including a first metal layer having a prescribed pattern-shape on one surface of a transparent insulation base material; and a second sensor electrode including a second metal layer having a prescribed pattern-shape different from the pattern-shape of the first metal layer on the other surface of the transparent insulation base material. A surface of at least one metal layer of the first metal layer and the second metal layer is selectively covered with an amorphous ITO layer. A manufacturing method of the electrode member for a touch panel is also provided. 【課題】透明絶縁基材上に設けられたセンサ電極表面の滑りやすさが向上されたタッチパネル用電極部材、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透明絶縁基材の一面側に、所定パターン形状を有する第一の金属層からなる第一のセンサ電極を設け、当該透明絶縁基材の他面側に、前記第一の金属層のパターン形状と異なる所定パターン形状を有する第二の金属層からなる第二のセンサ電極を設けたタッチパネル用電極部材であって、前記第一の金属層及び前記第二の金属層のうち少なくとも一つの金属層の表面がアモルファスITO層により選択的に被覆されていることを特徴とする、タッチパネル用電極部材、並びに、その製造方法。【選択図】図1
