Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote sensor which can identify many slave machines and uses a SAW (surface acoustic wave) device which costs low, is highly versatile, and easy to maintain.SOLUTION: A remote sensor 2 has: an aerial 22; a piezoelectric substance where an excitation electrode 21a connected to the aerial 22 and a reflection electrode are formed on the surface; a consistency switch circuit 23d which is inserted between the aerial 22 and the piezoelectric substance and switches consistency and inconsistency of the aerial 22 and the piezoelectric substance; a power storage circuit 23a for storing power by an input signal received by the aerial 22; and an identification information determination circuit 23b which is driven by power stored to the power storage circuit 23a, determines identification information included in a start signal received by the aerial 22, and has the consistency switch circuit 23d switch consistency and inconsistency.
