HOSE GUIDE STRUCTURE FOR WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hose arranged along a hydraulic cylinder from being an obstacle when a pivot part of the hydraulic cylinder is greased up and to prevent the hose from getting dirty with grease.SOLUTION: Cylinder brackets 22U, 22D on which one end side of a hydraulic cylinder 16 arranged in a lateral direction is pivoted and a pivoted part 27 provided on one end side of the hydraulic cylinder 16 are pivotally connected to each other by a pivot shaft 32 which penetrates them vertically, a keep plate 39 which stops the pivot shaft 32 from rotating is fitted and fixed to the cylinder brackets 22U, 22D, and a hose guide 46 which retains a hose 45 arranged along the hydraulic cylinder 16 is provided for the keep plate 39 to be located at a position higher than a grease nipple 34 provided for the pivoted part 27 of the hydraulic cylinder 16. 【課題】油圧シリンダの枢支部にグリスアップする際に該油圧シリンダに沿って配設されたホースが邪魔になるのを防止すると共に該ホースがグリスで汚れるのを防止する。【解決手段】横向きに配置された油圧シリンダ１６の一端側を枢支するシリンダブラケット２２Ｕ，２２Ｄと前記油圧シリンダ１６の一端側に設けた被枢支部２７とを、これらを上下方向に貫通する枢軸３２によって枢支連結し、この枢軸３２の回り止めを行うキープレート３９を前記シリンダブラケット２２Ｕ，２２Ｄに取付固定し、前記油圧シリンダ１６に沿って配設されるホース４５を保持するホースガイド４６を、該油圧シリンダ１６の前記被枢支部２７に設けられたグリスニップル３４よりも高い位置に位置するように、キープレート３９に設ける。【選択図】図５
