PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a lid for sealing an opening.SOLUTION: A portable computer includes: an operation housing 2 which has a right side face 2g, a front face 2a and a rear face 2d; a lid 4 for covering a battery mounting port 6a formed in the right side face 2g of the operation housing 2; and an engagement member 5 formed on the front face 2a of the operation housing 2. The lid 4 is constituted of: a fixed portion 4e which is fixed to the rear face of the operation housing 2; a lid portion 4a that covers the battery mounting port 6a of the operation housing 2; an engagement portion 4d including an engagement hole 4f that engages with the engagement member 5 of the operation housing 2; a second bent portion 4b connecting the fixed portion 4e and the lid portion 4a therebetween; and a first bent portion 4c connecting the lid portion 4a and the engagement portion 4d therebetween, which are integrally formed. 【課題】開口を止水する蓋体を備える電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】右側面２ｇと表面２ａと裏面２ｄとを有する操作筐体２と、操作筐体２の右側面２ｇに形成された電池挿脱口６ａを覆う蓋体４と、操作筐体２の表面２ａに形成された被係止体５とを備える携帯コンピュータである。この蓋体４は、操作筐体２の裏面に固着される固着部４ｅと、操作筐体２の電池挿脱口６ａを覆う蓋部４ａと、操作部筐体２の被係止体５と係合する係合孔４ｆを備える係止部４ｄと、固着部４ｅと蓋部４ａとを連結する第２の屈曲部４ｂと、蓋部４ａと係止部４ｄとを連結する第１の屈曲部４ｃとが一体に形成される構成を有する。【選択図】図２
