Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a solid catalyst ingredient for olefin polymerization which has a high catalytic activity in gas-phase polymerization, is suppressed in polymerization initial activity and produces less fine powder in a produced polymer and exerts the activity durably.SOLUTION: A method of producing a solid catalyst ingredient includes a I step of bringing a phthalic acid diester into contact with an alkoxy magnesium at 0°C or lower in a ratio of 0.02-0.15 mol of the phthalic acid diester to 1 mol of the alkoxy magnesium and a II step of bringing the contacted product of the alkoxy magnesium with the phthalic acid diester obtained in the I step into contact with titanium halide compound to react together.
【課題】気相重合において触媒活性が高く、重合初期活性が抑制されると同時に生成重合体中の微粉発生量が少なく、且つ活性持続性を有するオレフィン類重合用固体触媒成分の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】アルコキシマグネシウムと、該アルコキシマグネシウム1モルに対し0.02〜0.15モルの量のフタル酸ジエステルを0℃以下の温度で接触させるI工程と、該I工程で得られる該アルコキシマグネシウムと該フタル酸ジエステルの接触物とチタンハロゲン化合物を接触、反応させるII工程を有する。【選択図】なし |
