【課題】木質材A1の表面にドライアイス微粒子D,D, を吹き付けてブラスト処理するとき、雰囲気中の水分やドライアイス微粒子D,D, に微量含まれる水があっても木質材A1の表面が濡れて凍結することを防ぎ、木質材A1の表面を長時間に亘り安定して研削を持続できるようにする。【解決手段】木質材A1の表面の温度、又はそれと共に雰囲気温度を0℃以下に保持して、その木質材A1の表面にドライアイス微粒子D,D, を吹き付けるか、或いは水蒸気を含む空気にドライアイス微粒子D,D, を接触させて氷を含んだドライアイス微粒子D,D, を生成し、その氷を含んだドライアイス微粒子D,D, を木質材A1の表面に吹き付ける。雰囲気中の水分やドライアイス微粒子D,D, に微量含まれる水があっても、それらにより木質材A1の表面が濡れて凍結をするのを防止する。【選択図】図1 |
