Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED bulb capable of achieving both higher power and longer service life.SOLUTION: An LED bulb comprises: a fixed member attached to an opening of a glove; a columnar support member provided to extend from the fixed member into the glove; a light emitting device attached to a tip end of the support member, including at least an LED chip and a fluorescent body, and emitting white light; a cap attached to the opening of the glove either directly or indirectly, and receiving electric power for allowing the light emitting device to emit light; a power supply circuit board attached to the cap, and controlling the electric power supplied from the cap to the light emitting device. The LED chip includes at least a nitride semiconductor substrate or a silicon carbide substrate and a plurality of nitride semiconductor layers stacked on the substrate and different in composition, and a heat resistance of the support member is 9 to 18 K/W.
