Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate capable of controlling outgoing direction of outgoing light.SOLUTION: A light guide plate 30 includes a light guide plate main body 40 having a first surface 31 which functions as an outgoing surface 31, a second surface 32 opposite to the first surface and lateral surfaces located between the first surface and the second surface, and a reflection layer 70 provided at least partially above the second surface of the light guide plate main body. The second surface has a plurality of inclined surfaces 42a arrayed in the first direction. Each inclined surface 42a is inclined so as to approach the first surface from one side in the first direction toward the other side. A part located on one side in the first direction of the lateral surfaces of the light guide plate main body functions as an incident surface. The reflection layer is provided at least on the inclined surface 42a of the second surface.
