Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FC system capable of suppressing a high-voltage at start-up and preventing degradation of an FC stack.SOLUTION: A controller 30 of an FC system 12 starts to supply power from an FC stack 50 by using a first stage target value when a voltage parameter of the FC stack 50 reaches a power supply start threshold value and controlling an output voltage of the FC stack 50. The controller 30 switches the power supply start threshold value and the first stage target value according to a residual state of a detected reaction gas.
