PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new service utilizing electronic receipt information in a commodity sales data processor to thereby accelerate introduction of electronic receipt.SOLUTION: A commodity sales data processor includes: electronic receipt generation means that generates a piece of electronic receipt information relevant to a commodity sales data while associating with a member code of a consumer; transmission means that transmits a company code which represents a company and the generated electronic receipt information to an electronic receipt server while associating them with each other; price reduction determination means that, when a price reduction object commodity is registered as sold in a combination of a sold commodity while processing the commodity sales data, determines whether a price reduction accompanying the combination of the sold commodity in a predetermined period of time while referring to a piece of electronic receipt information associated with the member code which is set in a group of the associated member code in the electronic receipt information stored in the electronic receipt server; and price reduction means that, when determining that the conditions of price reduction are satisfied, executes the price reduction accompanying the combination of the sold commodity.
