Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free, incombustible and high-glass-transition-temperature phenol resin-based hardener and its production method.SOLUTION: A phenol type phosphorus hardener acts as a hardener when a hydrogen atom is substituted by grafting a phosphorus compound on a benzene ring and is halogen-free and incombustible. The hardener has effects of giving a higher crosslinking density and predominant heat resistance when acting on an epoxy resin to harden, making the epoxy resin suitable for production of a PCB insulation layer and a semiconductor packaging and imparting predominant flame retardancy and a high glass transition temperature (Tg) to the PCB insulation layer and the semiconductor packaging. |
